2015

Gator sunning while we were riding the air boat.

Also seen during the airboat ride.

Out our back door in Frostproof after a rain.

about 2 inch moth seen on the mailboxes.  Beautiful

From our front door.  At first glance I thought I saw snow!  I knew I had either been in the sun too long or been in the retirement park too long.  Neighbors had covered plants with a white sheet.

Car show at the park.  We are treated to seeing several of these vehicles caravan out of the park as they go to other car shows during the winter.

My "salad" quilt.  Almost ready to quilt now that I have it in  IN.

Well this is the airboat and crew!  No it was not vertical in reality.  It was a great ride that didn't seem to be long enough.

Our grand and Grandpa Jerry as we leave for church.

And Grandma Pat with "t".

Taken at Lake Lincoln during a hike.  Paper state that the trail was 1.5 mi.  GPS said we walked 2.43.  No problem there...other than it was getting nearly dark when we returned to the campground to a round of applause that we made it.  We had taken off without the map and called back to ask them how long this trail was....and that was at the 1.5 mi. mark.

He might not like this picture being posted.  This was after a short night and early morning golf game in Jasper. We were leaving Lincoln State Park and headed to Paintsville Lake State Park in KY.

Betty Jo and I met at Grundy, VA on Wednesday.  The only day she wasn't working.  I think we both had a bit more than a couple hour drive to get there.  Had a great lunch in a new place.   The center was built on what used to be a mountain.  I knew I was in the right area but it sure looked different.

Lots of Model ? cars in the parking lot of the Home Place at Paintsville Lake State Park.

Our view from the camper at Paintsville Lake.
