Aug 11 a day at the convention

At the end of the day on the fairgrounds
What a sky!  8:30 p.m.
Clean window....oh...NO window.  Replacement seemed to go smoothly.
Dexter from South Carolina is our neighbor to the north with Joan and Bob.
More sky this evening.

Here was at least part of our day in pictures.  We were up and out by about 8 or maybe even a little before.  Jerry was off to his meeting and I to the info booths.

I picked up our hat pins and then started working on the hitch service and getting the screen replaced.  I finally found the right locations and had to remove the hitch and screen from the coach, put it in the car, and take it to their service location.  The guys did the service, replaced the screen, we paid for a bar being replaced and I bought some lubricating stuff and a cleaner that the lady said I can use all throughout the inside of the coach too.   Then when Jerry got out of his meeting he took a look at it and they put the screen on upside down so I called them and even though Jerry could correct it I thought they should come and fix it since I moved it around twice already.  Whew was that a chore.

Jerry's meeting progressed much faster than last year.  He was out by 2:30.  That was great.

I attended a couple seminars.  One on a five minute makeover and another on a free software to manage digital photos.
Both were good semindars.  I had a couple others that I thought I would at least get to hear some of but they had filled up before I arrived.  Much different here than in Bowling Green last year.  The seminars were in huge lecture rooms at the university so I never found a seminar that was closed.

Dexter is our neighbor to the north.  He is a sweet dog.  Loves to have his head scratched.

I dropped off a couple quilts to the lady handling the charity quilts this convention.  We found out she and her husband is from Anderson IN.  Her husband is on the Executive Board for the Great Lakes Region.  He was a very good speaker at the delegate briefing yesterday.

That is all I can think we got done today but I am sure I have missed something.  It has been very busy, tiring and enjoyable.
