Hello,
No pics today. Will try to post them tomorrow. Beautiful pictures but again they do not do justice to the Canadian Glacier, Rockies, or anything else. It is hard to describe the massive look of these mountains or the feeling one gets when you look ahead of you and there is no sky because the mountain is so very large...and you are not really even near it.
We are in MacCleod, Alberta tonight. We started off in Donald, Alberta this morning. Traveled through Canadian Rockies today, through Banff and Lake Louise then on to Calgary and started south from there. We are just off Rt3 at Daisy Mae Campground.
Our plan is to go down the road about 35 minutes to another campground next to a golf course tomorrow and Jerry will play and I will check out the quilt shops in the area or maybe just take a nap. The campground is near Henderson Lake at Lethbridge.
Hopefully you'll get pics tomorrow. I am still receiving a failed message when I try to upload the pics.
Vegging here after supper, looking at Web pages for Lake Louise (incredible pictures) and the campgrounds you are staying in. Fun!
ReplyDeleteGolf Course looks beautiful, too!
