Above are the links to the last two days albums.
It is about nine on Thursday evening. We started the day out slow, then Jerry went to golf at the oldest golf course in Western Canada.
There were more huge expanses of farm fields as we drove the short distance over. Jerry took a nap and I found four quilt stores before returning to the camper.
The one Hopscotch quilts is a mother/daughter combo where the daughter started the business before she was old enough so the mom helps out too. One has bright tastes and the other is more in the darker tones. Nice shop. Nice patterns too. They are also on the web and are published.
The other shop was called Fabric Addict. Oh were there many, many bolts of fabrics, fat quarters etc...and lots of shop samples. Very nice place.
There were some photo ops along the way that we missed because we were trying to revive Streets and Trips. It is still not working. Has an error code and from the on-line info I guess we'll end up calling them after we get back in the states. We should cross the border tomorrow not too long after we start out for the day. There is a great looking course here at Henderson Lake that Jerry might play if he gets the day started very early.
Sorry about having to use the links. Don't know why the picture uploads are failing but they are so I hope the links work.
Enjoyed your pictures, as always. But how frustrating when things don't work! Wonder if being in Canada makes a difference? ? Good luck with Streets & Trips.
